Eligible products may be requested for return within 5 days of delivery.

Eligible Return Situations

A return/replacement request may be considered in situations such as:

Product received damaged
Product received in defective condition
Incorrect product received
Missing product/items from the order
Product significantly different from what was ordered

The product may need to be returned in its original condition and packaging, wherever applicable.

Products That May Not Be Eligible

For hygiene, safety, and product-quality reasons, opened or used laundry products may not be eligible for return unless the product was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Products that have been altered, misused, or damaged after delivery may also be excluded from return eligibility.

How to Request a Return

Please contact Nariwash customer support and provide:

Order number
Customer name
Reason for return
Photographs of the product/package
Any other information reasonably required to verify the issue

Our team will review the request and provide the next steps.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the applicable payment method or process used for the order.

The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may depend on your bank, payment provider, or other financial institution.

Replacement

Where appropriate and subject to product availability, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation may not be possible once the order has been processed or dispatched.
